OUR SPRING CONCERT IS NOW ON MAY 17TH AT 1:15 PM

Nuestro concierto no será el jueves, 10 de mayo, sino el jueves, 17 de mayo a la 1:15pm. 

Buổi Nhạc Mùa Xuân  của chúng ta  sẽ không vào Thứ 5, 10 Tháng 5 mà sẽ vào Thứ 5, 17 Tháng 5 tại Nhà thờ vào lúc 1 giờ 15 trưa.

Dear Parents:

On Friday, May 11 we had a great Art Exhibit followed by a delicious Enchilada Dinner.  We thank Mrs. Del Biaggio for her leadership in planning and coordinating the Art Exhibit, the decoration and set up of the Enchilada Dinner and the great raffles.  We are also very thankful to Ms. Rosie Correa and her staff for all the hard work of preparing and serving the Enchilada Dinner.  We are grateful for all the parent volunteers who helped us make this event possible with their service hours.

We need your help!!  One of the Auction bags that was going to be raffled at the Enchilada Dinner was lost.  We think a child probably took it home by mistake.  It was a small green bag with flowers on it.  In the bag there were several items.  Among them were gift cards.  We hope whoever finds the missing bag may return it to us.  We will be reporting the gift cards as stolen.

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 17 at 8am we will have a Prayer Service to celebrate the Feast of the Ascencion.  Ms. Flemate and the 4th Grade class will be guiding us.  In the afternoon at 1:15pm we will have our Spring Concert.  We apologize once again, for the inconvenience of holding the concert in the afternoon and not in the evening.  We hope you are able to join us.  Students will be expected to wear their Formal Dress Uniform.

Friday, May 25 is a Minimum Day (12:30pm dismissal) and it is Field Day!  Students will be participating in various physical exercises organized by our PE teacher, Mr. Verba.  Free lunch will be provided to all our students.  Daycare will be closed.  We will be having an important meeting with our Daycare staff.  Make sure you put this in your calendar and make any necessary arrangements.

For the next academic year of 2012-2013 we will be asking families to complete 40 service hours or 20 hours per single-parent families by April 30, 2013.  Any hours not completed by April 30, 2013 will be charged at the rate of $12.00 per hour.

Estimados Padres de Familia:

El viernes, 11 de mayo tuvimos una gran exhibición de Arte seguida de una deliciosa Cena de Enchiladas.  Le agradecemos a la Sra. Del Biaggio por su liderazgo en la planeación y coordinación de la Exhibición de Arte, la decoración y preparación para la Cena de Enchiladas, y las rifas que se hicieron.    También estamos muy agradecidos con la Sra. Rosie Correa y su personal por todo su trabajo para preparar y servir las enchiladas.  Somos muy afortunados por todos los padres de familia que sirvieron como voluntarios  ayudándonos a hacer posible este evento con sus horas de servicio. 

¡Necesitamos su ayuda!  Uno de los premios de las rifas en la Cena de Enchiladas se perdió.  Creemos que algún niño probablemente se lo llevó a su casa por equivocación.  Era una bolsa verde con flores estampadas.  Dentro de la bolsa había varias cosas.  Entre ellas había tarjetas de regalo.  Esperamos que quien quiera que se la encuentre nos la regrese.  Reportaremos las tarjetas como robadas.

Mañana, 17 de mayo, tendremos un Servicio de Oración para celebrar la fiesta de la Asención a las 8am.  Ms. Flemate y la clase del grado 4 nos guiarán.  En la tarde, a la 1:15pm tendremos el Concierto de Primavera.  Nos disculpamos nuevamente, por la inconveniencia de tener el concierto en la tarde y no en la noche.  Esperamos puedan ustedes asistir.  Los estudiantes deberán llevar su uniforme formal de vestir.

¡El viernes, 25 de mayo es un Día Mínimo (con salida a las 12:30pm) y es Field Day!  Los estudiantes participarán en varios ejercicios físicos organizados por el maestro de Educación Física, el Sr. Verba.  Se servirá almuerzo gratis a todos los estudiantes.  El Daycare estará cerrado.  Tendremos una reunión importante con el personal del Daycare.  Asegúrense de poner esta fecha en su calendario y de hacer los arreglos necesarios.

El próximo año académico de 2012-2013 le pediremos a las familias que completen para el 30 de abril de 2013, 40 horas de servicio o 20 horas de servicio si son mamá o papá solteros.  Las horas que no se completen para el 30 de abril de 2013 se cobrarán a $12.00 por hora.

Thứ 6, 11 Tháng 5 chúng ta đã có một buổi triển lãm tranh tiếp theo bởi một bửa ăn Enchilada thật ngon miệng. Chúng ta cãm ơn tài lãnh đạo của Mrs. Del Biaggio đã kế hoạch và phối hợp buổi triển lãm, sự trang hoàng và bố trí bửa ăn tối Enchilada và chương trình sổ số hấp dẩn.  Chúng tôi củng muốn cãm ơn Ms. Rosie Correa và cộng sự của bà về công việc nắng nhọc nấu và phục vụ bửa ăn Enchilada.  Chúng tôi củng biết ơn tất cã các cha mẹ tình nguyện đã giúp chúng tôi sử dụng giờ phục vụ để thực hiện sự kiện này.

Chúng tôi cần quí vị giúp! Một trong nhửng phần quà để chuẩn bị sổ số trong buổi ăn tối Enchilada đã bị mất.  Chúng tôi nghỉ có một em nào đẵ lầm lẩn mang nó về nhà.  Đó là một gỉo nhỏ màu xanh lá cây có nhiều hoa trên đó. Có nhiều món trong giỏ. Trong nhửng món đó có nhửng thẻ quà tặng. Chúng tôi mong ai tìm được giỏ bị mất này xin hảy trã lại cho chúng tôi. Chúng tôi sẽ báo cáo nhửng thẻ này là bị mất cấp.

Ngày mai, Thứ 5, 17 Tháng 5 vào 8 giờ sáng chúng ta sẽ có buổi đọc kinh để mừng Lể Chúa lên Trời. Cô Flemate và Lớp 4 sẽ hướng dẩn chúng ta. Vào buổi trưa lúc 1 giờ 15 chúng ta sẽ có buổi Nhạc Mùa Xuân. Chúng tôi cáo lổi việc tổ chức buổi nhạc vào buổi trưa mà không là buổi chiều. Chúng tôi hy vọng quí vị có thể tham dự cùng với chúng tôi. Các học sinh phải mặc đồng phục chinh thức.

Thứ 6, 25 Tháng 5 là ngày về sớm (12 gìờ 30 trưa) và củng là ngày Field Day! Học sinh sẽ tham gia vào nhiều sinh hoạt thể dục khác nhau tổ chức bởi thầy Thể dục Mr. Verba. Học sinh sẽ được ăn trưa miển phí. Nhà trẻ sẽ đóng cửa. Chúng tôi sẽ có một buổi hợp quan trọng với nhân viên Nhà trẻ. Xin hảy ghi vào lịch và làm mọi sáp xếp cần thiết.

Trong niên học 2012=2013 sắp tới chúng tôi sẽ yêu cầu các gia đình hoàn tất 40 gìờ phục vụ hoặc 20 giờ cho các gia đình chỉ có cha hoăc mẹ trước ngày 30 Tháng 4, 2013.  Nhửng giờ nào không làm xong trước ngày 30 Tháng 4, 2013 sẽ được tính tiền phải trã là $12.00 một giờ.
